Well, this is priceless, and also my 2nd post for the day, but I couldn't resist because it was SO ironic. The writing prompt was:
What do the contents of your handbag/purse “say” about you?
Well, there you have it. The contents of my "purse"(more like a diaper/kid/hold-all-my-crap bag). As I'm looking on other blogger's posts about what they have in THEIR purses, my Kate is rummaging through mine(and snacking on crackers/smashing them into the carpet).
Here's the official list:
1. Crackers-someone is always hungry.
2. Wet wipes-someone is always messy.
3. Diaper and wipes-never leave home without them, someone always has to pee.
4. Lotion-my hands are always dry.
5. Kleenex-I'm not going to lie, I think some of it may be used.
6. Receipts,straw wrappers,grocery lists...
As to what all this stuff says about me? I think it says I always try to be prepared...because I have been caught too many times UN-prepared.

ReplyDeleteSuch cute pictures! My little ones usually run up to me when I dump out my purse because they know there's something hidden at the bottom that try to eat. :| I chose the same prompt, seems to be a really fun one today!
Ha! I loved this prompt! It looks like your handbag looks like mine...more of a utility bag than high fashion and I mean that as a good thing.

Oh yes, I remember when my boys were younger. I never left home unprepared because the moment you did, that's when some kind of mess happened. Glad my purse no longer has to be the grocery store/drug store for everyone!

Awww she is so cute and happy about getting into your purse! Can you believe the stuff we Mom's have to carry to be prepared? I had a friend in college who oddly had all sorts of emergency stuff in her purse, and snacks, sewing stuff.. you name it. We would tease her that she was going to make a wonderful Mom someday. She has 1yr old twins and a 6 year old and as predicted is doing a great job:)
